Clermont Christmas Decorations
As usual, Glenda and I took pictures for archive purposes of the Christmas Decorations at Clermont Historic House. This year’s theme revolve around stuffed animals.
Sunset in Germantown
Dinner with neighbors at their home in Germantown, NY, prompted these photos. The Catskills are in the background, the Hudson River in the middle ground and an Amtrak right of way in the foreground across the tidal pond.
Glimmerglass 2013
Glenda and I went to Glimmerglass, in Cooperstown, NY Aug. 19-20 for excellent performances of Verdi’s early opera King for a Day and Wagner’s Flying Dutchman. Delightful weather, a good dinner at Alex & Ika, and an overnight at The Cooper Inn.
